Going beyond simply AODA compliance, we seek to design roles and approaches that welcome prospective volunteers with disabilities or different abilities, and remove barriers so they can excel.  In this interactive workshop, facilitators from Community Living Mississauga and Smile Canada will guide us in implementing a person-first approach, modifying roles to be accessible and understanding the diversity within disability.
