• Through this FREE eLearning course, you will learn strategies and explore tools on how to make your not-for-profit’s volunteer engagement more inclusive of the 2SLGBTQ+ volunteers.

In a recently carried out survey by the partners of the Pride in Volunteering project, volunteers identifying themselves as part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community shared concerns about the lack of safe spaces for volunteering. The Pride in Volunteering Project is the first of its kind in the Region of Peel aimed at diving deep into this challenge by supporting not-for-profit organizations with awareness, strategies, and resources to progress towards becoming more inclusive of the volunteers from the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
