  • Strategizing Diversity on Boards

Reaching a wider community is essential to the sustainability of a not-for-profit organization. But, how do we accomplish such a feat in a region that has a large geographical area, includes Canada's sixth largest city, an extremely diverse community, and a regional population of over 1.2 million?

This workshop presents a solution. It may be as easy as making your Board inclusive of the community it serves. This is an excellent workshop that will provide you with guidelines to both assess and develop your organizational leadership with a diversity lens.
